10- a visit of the Rain

And here our Aryan remains unknown of this post of admiration of him by somebody named Halo. And halo was right. Somebody had changed the world for him, somebody had become a ray of hope in his world of darkness and that somebody was Shrisha. Seeing her bubbly side personality had made him wanna laugh more and wanna see the light more. his sketches had changed from all dark tome to more of a brighter tone with darkness in center. His most recent portrait or if you can call that a portrait was of a shadow. It was just a silhouette whose hands reached the canvas. The body was as blur as a blurry vision of some with a high numbered glass who was a nearsighted. The only striking features were the hands which reached out clearly but it was silhouette none the less. He titled that sketch “the reach; attempt” it was his cry to the outside world of a change that he wanted to have within himself. Well to talk about his sketches he usually made portraits of people or just abstract things that he googled and modified to fit his emotions. There were abstracts of a person whose one side was yet to be drawn and one side was totally messed up, abstract of a person crying in one side and laughing on the one side, abstract of a face hiding behind the mask of happiness while the face behind the mask showed tears and a hell lota sketches like that.
It had been months since Shrisha had begun to visit Aryan and it had been literally months since he last drew a sketch. Mostly because he didn’t have any hidden emotions left in him. Whenever he hid an emotion, Shrisha would see right through it and made him speak it out. It had been a month too since he got in a relation with Shrisha. Nobody proposed anybody but the whole world knew that they were in a relation since literally their whole world saw the glare that they’d give to each other during the class and the way that they talked and they hugged.
Around two months after the day that she had begun to visit Aryan they went on their first date. They went to somewhere called the Shrikali. It was only two of them and it as a rainy weather. He had heard in the weather forecast that it would rain and had told Shrisha about that but Shrisha had convinced Aryan not to bring the raincoat or an umbrella. Shrisha had a wish, to get wet in the rain with her love and Shrisha was in very deep love with Aryan. She had loved Aryan even more than Eric. It was a true love for her. Aryan had never fallen in love with anybody besides Shrisha so it was a first experience of love for him. The fact that he had stopped his own feelings after the death of his mother was a fact that he never fell for anybody. He always jumped to help anybody because he just felt that he needed to save people from becoming like him. It was like a debt that his mother had placed on him, like a curse that the death of his mother brought upon him.

1- A New ray of hope; a new beginning!

He rejoins the art class. There were a few students there, none of whom he recognized. There was one oddity among the peeps of the class. She was someone who’d he notice from far away. She had a hood and an earphone on. She barely talked and focused fully on her sketch.   ‘wait why am I ignoring the person I like????” was her thought. Rakshya thought back as soon as Aryan left her alone. After the class ended she rushed to him. “you are Aryan right???” “yes! What about it?” you are a infamous here and I feel so privileged to be in the same class as you!” “wait I have seen you before haven’t I?” “prolly! Why?” “nothing much. just thought that you looked familiar” “ #391 he wrote…after four freaking months of just disappearing and vanishing out into thin air, he finally writes. I searched for him in our college (which was really a subliminal act for me) but no one knew where he had gone. ‘m hoping that he’ll make his entry in college soon but a first sign of life from hi...

Part 1 FINAL CHAPTER

#367 I haven’t heard from him for a while. I even wrote a few emails to him, but no replies to this date. At my art class, my teacher often tells stories about his favorite student who had quit recently. Well recently as in a year before I enlisted. He says that that student loved to write and used to write poems even during the art class. Hmm…reminds me of someone I know. Hehe. Major missing here. As all of you know that I am the darkness, I am the night, I am an obscure halo. Yea guys that’s my full pen name. obscure halo. I know that it’s a weird one but hey I am a weird girl so suck it up. I wish I could meet him somehow though. it’s been literally months since he showed up at college. Plus with him not publishing any poems on his blog and him not showing up in college, I’m kinda getting worried. But I’m sure that he is somewhat okay. My instinct tells me. anyway, that’s for today. Peace out. -HALO The rehab was somewhat successful for Aryan and as soon as he was out of t...

for the sake of our memory...

“tell me about her. I’ll prolly seal that memory away but you gotta let it out” the psychiatrist said and he began. It was about some four years ago. I was in grade twelve and was learning sketch as well as a musical instrument called dhime. Being introverted as I am I had a small circle and hated small chats with anyone. The circle I was in was just perfect for me; a cute normal girl, a senior to look up to, an older friend to be guided by and a super optimistic girl to counter my pessimistic thoughts. Outside my small circle I only talked bare minimum but once I got drunk and accidently called two sisters puta(grandson/daughter). From that day onwards they started to call me granny. It was a comic relief for me because I somewhat found it funny. I was hopelessly crushed on selena; the optimistic girl. But as I always have been on the other side of the luck when it comes to love she had a boyfriend. I had to get out of that situation so I made selena my bestie and looked for other al...
