14- too much mush : Shrisha's birthday!

His father just got demoted because of being rude with his new boss. That was bound to happen as both he and his father had some anger issues and from what he knew it was genetic one. He couldn’t bear the pain of his father. He wanted to do something to support the family of two. He knew that the income of his father and him weren’t enough for them. So he looked for some art dealers and began making deal with them of art. Although one piece only gave him 1000 to 2500 it was a huge help to them as he could make one art piece in a week. Shrisha visited him often but since he barely had any time to talk their relation began to go sour. He always had been the one who couldn’t focus on many things at a single given time. It made him very sharp at one thing at any given time but extremely dull at any other things at the same given time.  ‘I wanna help him too but I know that he won’t accept any help from me. That’s just the kinda person he is. I just wish that his time in the busy wor...

13- Th surprise and the praise

There people saw a new side of Aryan; The side that was confident, the side that was a crowd catcher, a side that was entertaining. After that he rushed past the crowd while leaving everyone in awe. He walked slowly after he passed the crowd while putting a hood on and he went to the furthest corner where he was safe from all the stares and watched the rest of the program from there. it wasn’t much of the wait since it was only two more poems and judging. People noticed this wallflower. People complimented this wallflower. People loved this wallflower. Unknown to anyone somebody besides Shrisha had fallen for this wall flower. ‘So this guy is roi de scuro eh! Who knew the person I admired from the shadows would pop out like this. Who knew that he’d be so close to me? Who knew that light and the king of darkness would be so close and who knew that they’d know each other through the barrier known as the internet’ a wallflower who was standing near to Aryan thought. She was wearing a g...

12- the dark horse

Shrisha was proud to show him off to people. He had the skills and the right attitude for her but he was not like that. He needed to be known to as few people as possible so he just kept trying to minimize his social contact as much as possible. So as days were rolling there was a poem competition at their college and being the kinda spontaneous person as she was, Shrisha popped Aryans name in the competition as a guest poet. He had no idea about that. The day of the competition came and people began to express their views into the world through poems. There was one and only one person who used slam poetry, name was Krijal. Krijal was a friend of Aryan too as they both shared the similar interest in poetry. In fact they even had written a combined poetry. Actually krijal had a little hand on enlisting Aryan’s name in the competition as he just wanted to see how Aryan does in front of crowd unprepared. Aryan was attending that competition as a viewer when his name suddenly popped up. “...

11- the kiss

Back to the day, Shrisha was running wild on that place. It was a secluded place with open plain and a view of the hill near to that place. There were few people around that time because that place would be filled only during times of festivals or some sort of programs and this day was nothing like that and besides, it was an offseason for anything soon so they were almost alone… almost! Because just like them there were a few other couples that had the same idea.  So anyway Shrisha was running wild and dragging Aryan along with her. The weather was just cloudy enough or the shades of gray to be felt by the people. Shrisha was having a blast. She was hugging Aryan and dragging him along with her. Aryan too felt happy as he just wanted to see her happy in the first place and there they had their first kiss a couple. They were in the middle of the plain with no-one in sight for as far as the eye could see. They were hugging tightly. Time had literally stopped for them. Their heartbe...

10- a visit of the Rain

And here our Aryan remains unknown of this post of admiration of him by somebody named Halo. And halo was right. Somebody had changed the world for him, somebody had become a ray of hope in his world of darkness and that somebody was Shrisha. Seeing her bubbly side personality had made him wanna laugh more and wanna see the light more. his sketches had changed from all dark tome to more of a brighter tone with darkness in center. His most recent portrait or if you can call that a portrait was of a shadow. It was just a silhouette whose hands reached the canvas. The body was as blur as a blurry vision of some with a high numbered glass who was a nearsighted. The only striking features were the hands which reached out clearly but it was silhouette none the less. He titled that sketch “the reach; attempt” it was his cry to the outside world of a change that he wanted to have within himself. Well to talk about his sketches he usually made portraits of people or just abstract things that...

9- Halo

“so does this count as a propose?”Sacar giggled. And the whole of them had a good laugh for a while. There were people circling them there and all of them had a laugh. “I thought that we were gonna witness a female propose to a guy here and we just witnessed a epic friendship” said somebody from the background “wish I had a friend as good as her” said another one Pinch of hope It was in darkness all along the hope that I’ve long searched for the hope that I thought was gone a place that I called home was long lost but at what cost are you able to be that strong despite being wrong for so many reasons will you change like the change of seasons hope not but as long as your words remain with me I will be the person you want me to be an I will try to see the world from your view and stitch the broken parts of me like a sew- ing machine sews cloths but not just as fast as it cause I’ve broken to very last bit of my soul I will always owe you one for being my p...
