NOT YET

“SURV;VE” That’s the tattoo in his wrist. He then pulls up his hood to go back to his home from the jog he was on. A dark house where no sunlight touches the floor. It’s a messed up home. papers thrown everywhere, dimly lit room, smell of coffee and booze and two pictures hanging on the wall. He looks at each of them and smiles.
It was soon 7 o’clock. He dresses up for work with his suit and ironed pant and just as he was about to put on his shoes, he remembers that he was fired from the job yesterday. “damn I forgot that shit” well it was his fault technically since he punched the teeth off his boss. He has some anger issues and yet none of his colleagues knew about that. He only had a few friends and most of them were far away from him. “guess I led them there” he speaks as he changes to his casual wear and picks up his bag.
“don’t you have a job to go to? What the hell are you doing here?” Sia greets him as soon as he appears “that’s how you greet your daily customer?” “you ain’t just a customer to me. you are a dear friend to me as well” she smiles ‘someone I love if I must add’ thinking that she pours him a cup of coffee “NO SUGARS PLEASE” he speaks. “you’ve been coming here for more than three years buddy. Even other customers know how you prefer the coffee and I think there’s a girl waiting for you at table 3. Yes, she’s back. Go to her” as he slowly turns towards table 3 he sees a familiar face
“it’s not snowing. How come you’re here?” SLAP he got slapped “is that how you greet someone whom you haven’t seen for a year?” “why the slap?” “I’ve been trying to contact you for past eight months idiot. What the hell happened to your cell phone?” “ I broke it and lost all the contacts. In fact Sia’s the only person who has my new contact number. And what if I hadn’t come?” “she told me that you come here everyday so I had faith in your habit. I guess you two are good friends?” “I guess I love her” so finally you got over her?” “yup” “congrats buddy” and with that they hugged “missed you Yuki” “missed ya too moron”
They talked for a while and after a while Sia joined her conversation. That was the first and last time that they three had a conversation together.
It was around 5pm when they got up from the table and prepared for departure. As they were about to cross the road an out of control car hit yuki and she died on the spot. He and Sia rushed her to the hospital. Time slowed for him and he tumbled across the stairs that they were climbing up. His heart beat slowed BP dropped and his body went numb.
“what the hell are you doing here?” he heard Yuki’s voice “where am i? thought you were dead?” “I am dead” “so I died too?” “not yet! Look.” Yuki pointed towards the horizon of that black space. He was Sia crying over his body. “live my dear friend. If not we’d be stuck here forever” “but I have nothing to live for. No friends, no family, no job, no nothing” “look at her. She cared for you. Sa long as you have a friend that cares for you, your life is worth is. And what the hell happened to your gang?” “they all died a year back. We were on a plane, sky diving and none of their parachutes opened. I was the lucky one. Tears rolled down from his eyes “you said you love her, live for her sake.”
“What happened to him? Please don’t die. I won’t be able to live if you die. DOCTOR!!!” Sia screamed. Yet no one came. Time slowed down for her. Each second seemed like hours. “DOCTOR” she screamed again yet no one came “Please don’t die. I LOVE YOU! I’ll be there for you. Please don’t die”
“see! You hear that?” Splot. “what the hell is that?” he asked to Yuki “that’s her tears. It’s crossing dements I guess. Go live” and Yuki disappeared from that black space. Then another tear fell from Sia’s eyes. He breathed hard as he felt his heartbeat returning to normal. “thought you died. Please don’t leave me” Sia cried as she hugged him. “NOT YET” he said as he smiled.

Part 1 FINAL CHAPTER

#367 I haven’t heard from him for a while. I even wrote a few emails to him, but no replies to this date. At my art class, my teacher often tells stories about his favorite student who had quit recently. Well recently as in a year before I enlisted. He says that that student loved to write and used to write poems even during the art class. Hmm…reminds me of someone I know. Hehe. Major missing here. As all of you know that I am the darkness, I am the night, I am an obscure halo. Yea guys that’s my full pen name. obscure halo. I know that it’s a weird one but hey I am a weird girl so suck it up. I wish I could meet him somehow though. it’s been literally months since he showed up at college. Plus with him not publishing any poems on his blog and him not showing up in college, I’m kinda getting worried. But I’m sure that he is somewhat okay. My instinct tells me. anyway, that’s for today. Peace out. -HALO The rehab was somewhat successful for Aryan and as soon as he was out of t...

1- A New ray of hope; a new beginning!

He rejoins the art class. There were a few students there, none of whom he recognized. There was one oddity among the peeps of the class. She was someone who’d he notice from far away. She had a hood and an earphone on. She barely talked and focused fully on her sketch.   ‘wait why am I ignoring the person I like????” was her thought. Rakshya thought back as soon as Aryan left her alone. After the class ended she rushed to him. “you are Aryan right???” “yes! What about it?” you are a infamous here and I feel so privileged to be in the same class as you!” “wait I have seen you before haven’t I?” “prolly! Why?” “nothing much. just thought that you looked familiar” “ #391 he wrote…after four freaking months of just disappearing and vanishing out into thin air, he finally writes. I searched for him in our college (which was really a subliminal act for me) but no one knew where he had gone. ‘m hoping that he’ll make his entry in college soon but a first sign of life from hi...

for the sake of our memory...

“tell me about her. I’ll prolly seal that memory away but you gotta let it out” the psychiatrist said and he began. It was about some four years ago. I was in grade twelve and was learning sketch as well as a musical instrument called dhime. Being introverted as I am I had a small circle and hated small chats with anyone. The circle I was in was just perfect for me; a cute normal girl, a senior to look up to, an older friend to be guided by and a super optimistic girl to counter my pessimistic thoughts. Outside my small circle I only talked bare minimum but once I got drunk and accidently called two sisters puta(grandson/daughter). From that day onwards they started to call me granny. It was a comic relief for me because I somewhat found it funny. I was hopelessly crushed on selena; the optimistic girl. But as I always have been on the other side of the luck when it comes to love she had a boyfriend. I had to get out of that situation so I made selena my bestie and looked for other al...
